  These guys send you a minimum bill annually for usage of a tank. Charge $100 fee for pickup of a tank that was here when we bought the house. So much happier to have natural gas.

  If I could give this company a 0, I would. We call, because apparently they don't come to fill up on a schedule even though we pay monthly, and nobody shows up. Then we call to check and see why no one showed up and are told that we didn't call. This has happened more than once. Horrible customer service! This will be our last year with this awful company!
